Can I still do this program if I’m not ready to go off the Pill?

Yes! This program will equip you with the tools and information you need to support yourself on the pill and eventually safely go off of it.

I gave birth a few months ago and am not on the pill, can I still balance my hormones?

Pregnancy and childbirth shake up hormones quite a bit. This program is effective for anyone looking to balance their hormones and feel great. The protocol for diet and exercise fully supports postpartum and breastfeeding (though always check with your doctor first!)

What if I have life events and holidays coming up, will I be able to eat what I want?

I’ve strategically positioned the dates of this program to run when there are less opportunities to fall off the wagon. If you have life events already planned and are worried about what to eat/when to eat, you can chat with me at anytime and we can work together to make sure you feel confident and prepared in any situation.

I’ve done other group programs before but they never work, how is this different?

This program will only work if you work it. I will give you everything you need to succeed and achieve total health and well-being during our time together. If you are not sure you’re ready to commit to making changes, it might not be the right time for you to join!
